bully are people who hate self !
I my opinion I have many things to think about the bullies who spend all day taking advantage of others, and also are perhaps people who need love?
So I think for the reason that the kids are into is acausa adults.

They don't hate self. Some even don't really "hate" others.
They just enjoy a sadistic pleasure (like many other people in another situations).

Bullies feed off the butthurt of others. Plain and simple. If a bully hurts your feelings, you need to bottle up those feelings and brush him off with some witty remark they'll be too stupid to understand.
